By accessing or using KarenMap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Informational Service

KarenMap provides informational event data only. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate depending on source availability and moderation state.

KarenMap is not a substitute for emergency services, law enforcement, medical advice, or official government alerts.

2. User Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked for abuse, spam, or harmful behavior.
• Admins may moderate user-generated content to maintain service quality and safety.

3. User Submissions

• You must submit truthful, non-misleading reports to the best of your knowledge.
• Do not include personal contact info, private data, or illegal content.
• Anonymous submissions may require active location and are rate-limited.
• Submitted content may be reviewed, edited for display, archived, flagged, denied, or removed.

4. Event Chat

• Read access may be available without login.
• Posting messages requires an account and compliance with community rules.
• Harassment, illegal content, spam, or false emergency claims are prohibited.

5. Data Sources and Availability

KarenMap may aggregate third-party and community data feeds. Source availability, provider latency, geocoding limits, and API limits can affect results.

Fuel prices, aircraft positions, traffic events, and weather alerts may expire, be replaced, or be corrected at any time.

Service features and data windows may change over time, including during maintenance and infrastructure load management.

6. Fuel and Leaderboard Data

• Fuel price displays are informational and may not match pump prices at the exact time of arrival.
• Traffic-light fuel ranking is relative to currently visible and available station data.
• Leaderboard rankings are based on submission counts and may include moderated/archived records where applicable.

7. Liability Limitation

Use of KarenMap is at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Operators are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on map content, user reports, downtime, or third-party data errors.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
