KarenMap is a live local-intelligence platform designed to make fast-changing local information easier to see and understand. We combine aircraft activity, traffic incidents, severe weather alerts, fuel price updates, and community reports in one map.

How The Feed Works
- Live events are pulled from integrated sources and merged into one map feed.
- Map filters let you focus by category, including user submissions and emergency aircraft.
- Event details include status, timing, location context, and chat activity where available.
- Fuel Nearby ranks station markers as green (cheapest), yellow (middle), and red (highest) in view.
Community Reporting and Moderation
- Signed-in users can submit local incident reports with location and severity.
- Anonymous submissions require active live location and are rate-limited.
- Admin controls support approval, denial, and removal of false, duplicate, or abusive posts.
- Recent reports are time-windowed to keep the map focused on current conditions.
Leaderboard
Our Top Reporters leaderboard highlights users who consistently submit useful local reports.
- Ranks are based on report volume.
- Recent reports and archived submissions are included where available.
- Leaderboard visibility does not override moderation or policy decisions.
Premium API (Coming Soon)
External API access is restricted while we finalize abuse protections, fair-use limits, and reliability controls. Premium API access will include managed keys, usage tiers, and partner onboarding.
Media Partner Program
Verified news organizations can apply for media partner access to use a faster alert workflow built for newsroom monitoring.

- Admin review is required before activation.
- The media feed is currently free for outlets that mention or tag karenmap.com in coverage credits.
- Premium billing can be enabled later.
